Minimized

a service plan designed for companies seeking to cut a large part of IT support costs. The price includes remote support during business hours as well as visits to the Customer site. The list of services included in the price is limited.

Prices are as follows:
— server maintenance – RUR 2 500 per month
— workstation maintenance – RUR 600 per month
ORDER

Optimized

a service plan for SMB (small and medium-sized businesses). It includes the majority of services usually required, like server monitoring, anti-virus protection, extended support hours, etc.

Prices are as follows:
— server maintenance – RUR 3 700 per month
— workstation maintenance – RUR 800 per month
ORDER

Extended

this is the most comprehensive service plan. It is designed for companies requiring higher availability of and faster support to its IT infrastructure. The number of support hours and visits to Customer sites is not limited.

Prices are as follows:
— server maintenance – RUR 5 700 per month
— workstation maintenance – RUR 1 200 per month

Outstaffing

this is a service plan allowing customers to have an ALP Group expert (or a professional team) at their office at regular basis. You can choose a suitable package of support hours priced at an hourly rate, starting from 40 hours per month.
